Shopping and Nutrition This project consists of 2 projects with poster boards that are now
combined into one project. This project is here to show people how to get
good deals when they shop. It also shows people they are supposed to be
eating according to the Canadian Food Guide for those who may not know, and
how good nutrition and proper exercise can lead to a healthy balanced
lifestyle. There are 2 poster boards, 1 with shopping tips, comparisons
and pamphlets, the other with tips on how to stay healthy and copies of the
Canadian Food Guide. The poster board about proper nutrition also has
information on why it is harmful to starve yourself, take diet pills and
drink energy drinks. Packages with other information are going to be made
up at a later date. For more info contact Nissa @ 250-565-6293 |
